The Ahigaru's armor is not pierced by the arrow, but it does distract him while one of the renegades smacks him in the head with the half of his weapon.

Ales cleaves into the heavy armor of the dragonman (DR is 6 -roll damage)
And Jin prepares to strike the back of his head.

The other dragonman on the ground in the spark cloud is just twitching, and never recovered from the initial lightning strike...

Chye readies his naginata in sword technique.

Chou-Zhen approaches the standing dragon man, and from two yards away, lashes with his lightning whip.

Kin swings a mighty blow at the back of the dragonman's head, where his iron clad tetsubo crunches through bone, causing a faint whisp of smoke to escape its mouth before it collapses.
The lightning whip wraps around the tetsubo, and Jin's hair rises in a cracle of electricity!

Chou-Zhen snatches his lightning whip back, then, unable to do anything for Jin, turns back toward the fallen dragon man in his cloud of sparks.

Iskander finishes his first aid, and finally drinks the healing potion. (OOC results?) He speaks to the renegades: "Good work men. You really delivered, after I was wounded. I shall see to it personally that you are rewarded, but for now, why don't you reward yourselves and loot, what you can carry."

After a glance at the fallen dragon man, Chou-Zhen turns toward the money cage, and approaches the gate.  In his best Sahudese (accented in a way that's very hard to place):

"Stand clear.  I will unlock the gate, and you may leave, unharmed, if you choose not to resist us."

"I have magic for locks, yes.  If we need it, I will drink more paut, but please try your lockpicks first."

Chye nods.
"We get your chains off. Can pick lock, or we use magic, okay? Come with us, if all else fails, we can help you at the palace. Locksmith, wizard... much better."
Chye tries to lift the wooden shutter...

He then Slamd it into the shutter, smashing a hole through it.
