In reply to Hograth Podkarmen (msg # 340):

The metal is orichalcum. This key is unbreakable, and is only off someone's wrist because they were eaten.

"It is a standard gate key, made by the builders of this place. I don't  know who they are, but these portsls are marked with a mixture of Latin numerals, elvish runes and goblin script."
He points at a stone plaque above the gate that has faint markings as he described.

In reply to Hograth Podkarmen (msg # 346):
You are in the undercity proper now. The passageways are arched, with a decorative tile frieze at shoulder height where the wall starts to form the arch, which is about three yards high. The corridor is three yards wide with a one foot wide gutter on either side of the wide flagstones.

Urrun stays in the middle... he sniffs the air and listens as they stop at intersections.

The dwarf leads onward. The passageway curves slightly, and after a bit you can see a set of gates set opposite each other at the end of the corridor.

The dwarf shrugs.  I'm not a regular at this end of temple hill, so I don't  know which temples are here. Looks like the new key works in either door.
