In reply to Goran the Marked (msg # 642):

"And then stay awake all night wondering when they will return? Send them running only when we have to, my friend, and put as many of these to rest as we can until then."

[OOC: how is the Z-mowing going?:) As I have pointed out, and will continue to, he cannot justify sending them running, to kill some innocent victim later, if he can deal with them now!]

Re: A matter of concern for the Hadereum

In reply to Hograth Podkarmen (msg # 643):

They don't  move too quickly, it would pretty much allow them to be stalked . The small horde is advancing on you, but might not get far if you turned them. Alternatively,  closing the gate behing, and charging through to turn from the other side would neutralize  a lot of their movement. You are taking out five every two rounds, so it may just be a scant amount of time...

Re: A matter of concern for the Hadereum

In reply to Narrator (msg # 644):

Should we just roll a whole lot of attacks and damages, etc, to permanently remove them? Charging through might be effective, but as you say, the time saved might be scant. We may be better off forming a wall of zombie ending...

Three of the undead lunge at each of you, and may have succeeded in injuring each of you if you fail to parry or dodge

20:32, Today: Narrator, on behalf of Walking corpse, rolled 6 using 1d6.  damage to Hograth.

20:32, Today: Narrator, on behalf of Walking corpse, rolled 5 using 1d6.  damage to urrun.

20:32, Today: Narrator, on behalf of Walking corpse, rolled 3 using 1d6.  damgae to Gorran.

All of this would be before DR of course, and if parrying with an edged weapon, do damage.

In reply to Urrun (msg # 655):

Goran hits another, setting it ablaze. The two you have cut limbs from stumble into the others, and the flaming one ignites two behind it. This makes for about six or seven burning zombies and bodies. Only about  four unharmed one's remain.
