Mario Crowfoot:
OOC: Mario has the same default Knot Tying (DX-4), but a higher DX (13).

I'd say give it a shot Mario, I don't think anyone but maybe Mel can out DX you.

Re: Near the bone gate

Mario captures the other end of the rope Melarill was trying to tie, wraps three quick turns around the wounded man's ankles, then ties some kind of knot, though it looks a little suspect.  He frowns.

"Like I said, it doesn't need to be perfect."

[Private to GM: 18:25, Today: Mario Crowfoot rolled 10 using 3d6.  Knot Tying (DX-4 = 9).]

"Thanks, Ymid!"  Mario helps lower the man to the floor, positioning as many of the remaining weapons as possible where they can be reached to be removed.

In reply to Mario Crowfoot (msg # 329):

The wounded man appears to be paralyzed.  Oddly, he has also stopped bleeding. The shield is still stuck to him, along with the other items.

His wounds are fairly extensive, and surgery might be needed to repair two of the large/deeper wounds if magic is not applied.

Pulls out and unrolls the leather 'satchel' that has his knives, clamps, needles, and thread.  While they are not dirty...  they do give anyone who knows about sanitation the heebee-geebees.  He opens his flask and dumps some of the alcohol in the ferret bowl to wash the tools and starts to wade in.

"No spoder, Clarence, let's not bind him any more'n necessary."

He makes a few cuts, "Hang on little guy.  Can you make fresh non-sticky webs?  Might be useful here..."

OOC:  21:22, Today: Jareth Mooncalled rolled 8 using 3d6.  Surgery 10 (12 -2 poor tools).

Unknown penalty (up to -3) for improper sterilization (yeah, the tools might be clean and alcohol prepped but it is a sewer)...

Mario stands by as Jareth begins his work, right hand on the fletching of the single arrow in his never-empty quiver.
