"So not Gug... might be 'gaunts saw flitting about, t'ey like gates an such."

"Gaunts?  Do they need silver to kill?"  Mario fingers the nocks of the two silvered arrows in their separate quiver.

"Nightgaunts.  Batlike things.  Size of a man, maybe bigger.  No eyes."


OOC:  I presume at this point we're all heading back to the Bone Gate?

To the party, "Like t'e rot worm, but big enough swallow ya whole," and then to Ymid, "giant slime covered worm, burrows under bones of Pnath an t'e peaks of Thok."

He then rattles something off in Eldritch.

A second later, mostly to himself, "Hope is not bhole."

Mario's eyes have expanded to their limits.  "Please tell me ordinary arrows can slay this 'bhole'?  And where are its heart and brain?"

"If is bhole, just shoot till it dead. Hope it not bhole, just really big rot worm basically, no eyes, brain could be anywhere, no idea where t'e heart is..."
