The Adept give Gareth a moment to release his spell, then swings at the Mage's neck.

Gareth will have to get out from behind the door, get past the decapitated body, the i juted swordsman and then pass in front of the active staring swordsman to get at the spellcaster who was leading from behind. that is full move and opens you to an attack from the swordsman, in addition to stepping in front of the adept who is swinging a sword, and Haveron who is running up to attack.

The swordsman in the way get's the attack, since the mage is out of reach.

the swordsman fails to parry and takes a deep cut to the torso.  He stabs at the adept, but the blow is parried.

Haveron swings also, but misses!

despite his lack of depth perception, the spell casting reaver launches a bolt of lightning at the Adept, for 7 points unless dodged (then a wild swing at those behind) and stun if HT roll failed.
Metal DR counts for only 1 point.

What options are open to him to use his spell against any but the badly injured reaver?

the spell caster parries the Adept's attack, and retreats, dodging the strike from Gareth, backing up the steps...

If he uses his staff, Gareth will try to touch the other Reaver in range...but not successfully.

the reaver has a sword in one hand and parried The Adept's blow. Gareth is not able to get at him because Haveron is on the way.

Berry's attack does hit him, and hurts him;
Shroud, who has been aiming for a while lets loose with his arrow and strikes him in the remaining eye, this time dropping him.

there are two people with 2handed swords between Gareth and his intended target-
one is stunned and just blocking the way.

Gareth will push past the injured Haveron this round in that case. He is hurt, and should not be at the front...then he will work with the Adept to try to reach past his to target the reaver. Adept is willing?
