Rushagorn and the others are returning to the guild from Trading with Trolls 4.

As you make your way up the elevator and into the guild undercroft,
the orcish merchant reiterates his offer of $3000 for a valid map
 connecting the Troll warrens of the Easternand western reaches.
While trade is possible via the guild elevator, the trolls, especially Ulo, would vastly prefera direct underground route.
unfortunately, the waking of the Sleeper has made the old route impractical.

Now, back in the guild you can regroup and re-equip for such an expedition.

He goes outside to get some shaded sun ,real food,  replenish his travelers rations and alchemical arrows. He also looks to se what other sorts of arrows and medications the alchemist has at prices he can afford.

"Sir, I'm told that you teach spellwork by example.  This is very different from the long study I put in at the Guild Academy, but perhaps that was more suitable to those still learning other things than the casting."  He smiles, looks around the cluttered space.

"I have come today to learn Haste and Lighten Burden, if I may, and I am tempted by Fireball, but would also need to learn Shape Fire in that case.

"May one inquire into your fees for this work?"

the method is as follows

Spielgud casts the spell, rolls teaching
you roll thaumatology
and pay $20per base fp cost of spell,
do this in a PM.

Jendrich follows Virgilio, curious to see if he would have an easier time learning from Speilgud than he did with his former teacher.

Dne wants to look into buying some potions while in town.  What does he find available?

Also, can power items be upgraded?

any potions with a listed cost of $1000 or less are available, power items can be embellished with added gemstones- let me know how myuch it has and what youve got and ill tell you the necmxt threshold.
