Mellarill critically hits, and cleaves through the tentacle as well-

Charlene shrugs off the tentacles, which wriggle apout on the ground and sprout mouths at the place they were severed!

At the direction, Clarence will resheath his knife and try to draw a torch, which he will light...if he did not drop it! Ignoring the dropped torch for now, he will draw a second torch and light it. This, will, unfortunately, take time...
