"Evenly split between all who contribute is the fairest way to distribute it. Same with the loot. I think anything else invites arguments and hence discord. I agree, Haskell, it is light on, so we will want to gather more from the trolls this time."

Oren returns to the guild. "I need four guards for a job. Standard rates. You'll get a uniform. You'll be guarding a merchant's shipment."

Danos is at the bar making his way through an adventurously-sized tankard of beer when Oren makes his announcement.

"I'm interested, of course. But I'm new in town, what are standard rates?" he asks across the room.

Oren stops by and talks to Danos quietly.

Danos' bright blue eyebrow arches as he speaks to Oren, but then he breaks into a smile and returns to his beer.


After his beer, he slips out of the bar.

Arvak watches the exchange between Danos and Oren openly, clearly interested in the offer now.

"I am also interested!" he says, nearly shouting the words in his excitement.

There are a few options, most selling at list, give or take a merchant roll,
But you may be able to scrounge something from a returning adventuring party that has either had to hock equipment to pay for healing or have just
upgraded. There a few dwarves that upgrade, and if need be, after purchasing used (60%) you can have the clothwork replaced by Simeon and Marceline.
