Yeah, eight threads is a bunch, even with the pace of play-by-post.  My 10-20 minutes twice a day must be a couple hours twice a day for you...

Yeah. I'm running three games in systems that are moderately tactical (13th Age and Fantasy AGE), and there are days that's too much.

(Side note: The Fantasy AGE game is suffering attrition--if anybody's wanted to give it a try, rMail me, please)

Juniors is already a huge mob, but weaving some of the others together might help.

Speaking of Juniors, Narrator, would you please open a new thread when you can? Going past the 1,000 means the thread becomes unsearchable because you can no longer view all of it.

Suggestions:

1. Reboot. Bring everyone back to Northport, decide how many threads you want to/can handle, and that's how many jobs are available. PCs join a job in progress, or they sit and wait for a current job to finish up.

2. Guild restructure. Maybe the guild institutes a policy of "houses" or "parties" or whatever you want to call them. # = number of threads you want to handle. You join a house, you are involved in whichever job that house has taken on.

3. Bring in co-GMs, as long as all the GMs have the same general GMing philosophy. Give the co-GMs threads/missions/jobs to handle, under your oversight (to keep everything consistent).
