The Wastrel's  Hope is near the juncture of Redlight and
Dockside, between the Cathedral and the shadow elf Twilight House.

Hitomi heads for the Kobold settlement to see what her contact knows of Flavious and his interests.

The guild's man on the street for gambling is Lepkur, and he has hjis office on the same level
 as the kobold town, but closer to the arena.

Hitomi heads down to the Kobold town, stopping first to see Lepkur.

"From what I am hearing from you he looses enough on his own.  I just need him to owe me, or someone I can swap a favor to, and I need it to be big enough that he doesn't argue about they way out.  Not saying I object to someone helping him to loose mind you, but I would not want to cause you any trouble on the way."
