Meanwhile, Hitomi, Quint, Arstra and Chye are ushered in to see Acolyte Flavius.

Chye bows when he meets Flavius, but waits for Hitomi to do the talking.

Quint seems to be, for the most part, just taking in the scenery.

"Flavius, Remulos needs about a dozen writs of
passage, made out to the individuals on this list, and they need to be cross referenced in the records."

Astra looks to at the new monk and then back to Flavius. The nymph waits until the monk is out of earshot, "Records? Are some not allowed to get writs?"

"There are bearer documents, which are valid for any who have physical possession of them, and registered
licenses, which are for named individuals  only. There are some registered felons,
who are disallowed from many of these special permissions , except under unusual circumstances."

OOC: registered writs cost Cp, those with social stigma Criminal need to bribe heavily in order to send points, or but black market bearer writs

Quint sighed and watched to see what Hitomi would do.

Astra turned to Hitomi, "Since we have our little acolyte over a barrel here. Should we squeeze him for a few more personal writs?"
