Along those lines, as we begin to move into Book 4 (and I am sooooo glad we are done with Book 3.  Most awkward part of this adventure path IMO), I'll start looking to recruit new players.  The way I see it the party dynamic is:

Selvin and Zuni handle the Hand to Hand
Izzick is handling the magic with Selvin doing back up
Zuni handles the rouge stuff but it's not her primary gig.  She also seems to be handling the Public Relations work
and Chandanar will be the NPC Heal bot

So as I update the RTJ and put out the Player Wanted notice, any slots ya'll think the group needs filled?  I'm thinking a rouge and long distance attacker but that's just me.

Well if someone wants to play a healer they could bump out Chandanar but otherwise ranged isn't bad, or rogue (or both in an Alchemist!). Divine magic (Oracle or something) could be handy. I don't think it's going to be too problematic no matter what they pick.

I agree with Selvin.  We have a pretty good mix at the moment so pretty much any sort of character would fit in.  Maybe some additional healing since we do seem to get beaten up a fair bit, or at least Zuni does.  :)

No worries on the shopping.  Zuni'll just have to go through Belgars pockets and procure some of those nice shiny daggers and I think that there was a rapier somewheres about too...  :)

Selvin, I'm not sure how much you can recall of the whole Thousand Bones Necromancer incident.  It has been a while. So I'll paraphrase here:

After the whole Lamm thing, you guys were doing work for the City Guard.  One of the tasks was involved Thousand Bones.  He was part of a diplomatic envoy to the city.  His nephew, a chieftan's son, got killed in the city and his body sold to a necromancer.  You guys went into the necromancer's lair, picked up Izzy and the body while you were in there, and returned it to Thousand Bones.  He was an older man, decked out in bones.  He seemed fairly sensible.  He at least was willing to allow the guard to fetch the body rather than start a diplomatic incident.  He did say he was in ya'lls debt.

Is it possible to roll Spellcraft to try and identify the wand visually? And also, would that take an action to do so?

Hmmm.  Interesting question.  I would say not usually, but the SRD does indicate a DC for identifying a magic item if you have Detect Magic up.  Since that's the case, I would allow a shot, but would increase the DC since you don't have possession of the wand.  You're just looking at it's aura long range.  Detect Magic is a standard action, but I could see discerning the aura as a free action.

I'll let you give it a shot, but would put the DC at 22.
