GM:
I've rolled n encounters for the night, so off to the GFH's yes.
Yep, sure.
GM:
If you could outline what you wish to accomplish there I would be grateful.
Get married :)
GM:
You can learn spells. One spell per week or separately attune to a crystal which also takes a week.
You can spend as long as you want there, but remember you are expected back at the Grasslands to report your scouting trip.
I'll need to think further on this. Will depend on how long we'll spend at the Finger Holes, and will be affected by Kobal getting married.
Spells, training skills, training characteristics perhaps.
GM:
There will be Waha initiations.
Yes, Kobal will be in on that.
GM:
Then it's time to head to Pavis and then the Pairing stones.
Sounds good.
GM:
As a reward the Earth Witch will teach you each one spell for free (don't get hung up on costs and that someone else might get a more expensive spell).
Kobal will go for Protection 3.
GM:
Good to hear that the new Runequest is to based on our beloved RQII.
I'll be interested to see how sorcery works, and how runes have been worked into the system. Surprising to see Steve Perrin is back on board.
GM:
Yeah won't be buying that one. Bit too steep for me.
Has anyone else been watching the Expanse tv show? Loved it. It started out as a PBP game!
I'll buy Gods War, because I'm a sucker for Gloranthan stuff. But none of my friends are into Glorantha, so I'll have to see if they're interested to play anyway :)
Haven't watched Expanse, but now I'll add it to my list. Interesting :)
GM:
Now as most of you know I've been keeping a rough sort of story about your exploits over on the BRP forums. Does anyone feel like writing up some of the next bit? From their point of view or just as I've done with some broad strokes.
I'd like to help, but I'm not finding much time even keeping up with the game at present, and have been rushing through people's posts, so I'm not going to the best at giving a summary.
