The group is heading from Panzer Kaserne in Boblingen to the International Special Training Centre in Pfullendorf. The service members are going there for training, the civilians for other reasons, though it must make sense. A reporter that is writing some positive press for the ISTC, as it has had some negative press the last few years, a civilian armorer contracted to work with the ISTC, and so on.
Character creation: 400 points

You can be from other nations, though a logical reason is needed for such.
