GURPS 4e Game

Game premise

Military Soldiers doing a tour with a few civilians in the Southern Bavarian forest. They have toured numerous American, German and multi-national facilities and have been traveling through the Bavarian Forest when their vehicle just stops working, try as you may the thing just won't turn over and your radio's are having problems also, all you hear is static. At the last base you were given the task of also delivering some supplies to your next stop, Staufer Kaserne. The trailer you have behind your vehicle contains those supplies.

Luckily enough there is a tent amongst the supplies that you were able to set up for the night, though a watch had to be set up as you are escorting some small arms and ammunition and they need to be secured. As the night goes on, things get eerily quiet and everyone ends up falling asleep, even those on guard duty.

You are awoken by the noise of heavy vehicles moving, a lot of them. For this area to have this much activity is unusual, as there are no large towns, or military bases for at least 50 kilometers.

A World in flux...........

You are either a Tier One operator, or a civilian with reasons to be with the group, let me explain.

First off, you're all in Germany.

Date: Oct 13, 2023

TL: 8

The group is heading from Panzer Kaserne in Boblingen to the International Special Training Centre in Pfullendorf. The service members are going there for training, the civilians for other reasons, though it must make sense. A reporter that is writing some positive press for the ISTC, as it has had some negative press the last few years, a civilian armorer contracted to work with the ISTC, and so on.

Character creation: 400 points

Special Forces operators should be from one of the following Nations
1) United States of America
2) Norway
3) Germany
4) Belgium
5) Netherlands
6) Italy
7) Greece
8) Romania
9) Turkey

You can be from other nations, though a logical reason is needed for such.

Points: 400 with 50 in additional disadvantages.

GURPS 4e Game

Game premise

It's October 13, 2023

You are part of a small caravan of military vehicles heading from the Panzer Kaserne in Boblingen, Germany to the International Special Training Centre at Staufer Kaserne, Pfullendorf, Germany. All military personnel were to have a 4 day weekend, though that got scrapped when command decided to start a new training cycle early. To add to this, you have some civilians observers attached to the training cycle and will be joining the caravan.

NOTE: The game is a twist on things, I hope you'll like it. If you want some strangeness, this is for you. Think the movie The Final Countdown.
