Welcome!
This game will use the Warrior, Rogue & Mage rules and will be very newbie friendly as I myself am a newcomer to the system. Our focus will be on building strong and entertaining characters and their interactions with each other and the world around them. Rules and crunch take a backseat to great story and ideas.
Currently we're not taking new players, but if you'd like to get on the "waiting list"
(Always looking for excellent role-players) feel free to shoot me a RTJ with the following:
- A little about yourself, including your rpg experience (including any familiarity WR&M) and a few interests outside of gaming.
- Your "Player Personality Profile" based on Robin Laws' book: http://www.darkshire.net/jhkim...dels/robinslaws.html
- Your character concept and style of play (Sell him/her to me!)
- A writing sample that includes a few paragraph combat scene, a few paragraph dialog scene, and a few paragraph narration/description scene. Your sample could be anything (that's your own creation) and a clever writer will find a way to combine all three! You don't have to be grammatically flawless, but you should be able to spin a tale...
- Anything else you think might wow and amaze myself and your fellow gamers... (ie: parting shot, make it count)
This game is rated Mature for descriptions of fantasy violence. There is nothing "Adult" allowed, nor profanity or sexual themes or related material... you get the idea.
Posting rates vary, but normally are in the expected range of 1-3 per week. Dedicated writers and players who feel they can commit to the long-haul should apply.
