Drake and Felicia both run into the darkness, the silence enclosing them.  Felicia is only dimly aware that Drake is behind her.

[Private to Felicia Florette: Running forward with your mace infront of you you halt short of the far wall as the heat from the fire is still quite strong.  You did not encounter anyone and are about to turn away as suddenly you are slammed into from behind by a body. Estimated location B2]

[Private to Drake: Running forward you near the back wall when suddently you hit something soft and yeilding with the feel of chainmail. Estimated location C2]

[Private to GM:Drake curses and rolls to his right, thinking that he has run into Felicia.  He only hopes that she doesn't crush his skull with that magical hammer!  He will get down on his hands and knees and crawl towards the east wall then south towards the rest of the group.]

PM[Private to GM: Felicia grunted to herself, at the bump from behind.  She wasn't sure who it was or what it was, but she wasn't remaining there to find out, instead she turned right, to keep moving with some speed.  She knew with only a few strides she would reach the edge of the darkness, the spell was simple and small.]

[Private to Felicia Florette: Felicia moves to where she thinks the darkness ends but does not find it. In the furthest corner, she can at least hear her breath but no other sounds. Location A8]

[Private to Drake: Drake crawls on the floor brushing the chairs around teh table and causing one for fall across him. Angrilly his shoves it out the way and continues until he reaches solid wall. Estimated location B8]

I see a red door and I want it painted bla-ack.

[Private to DM: B9 is inside the wall... If either at B8 or C9, Drake will continue to scuttle along the ground, but head directly south towards the direction from whence they originally came.]

Turning to her right, the cleric continued to work her way along the wall...

Drake holds still for a moment.  [Private to DM: is it alive or dead?  Does it tense suddenly as if to attack/defend?  If so, he'll scuttle around and keep moving south.  If not, he'll grab it by an arm or collar and drag it south with him.]

[Private to Drake: Drake feels the creature tense then surge away from him. he continues south and suddenly is in the light, or at least infralight, again. Ahead he can see two humanoids talking, one he thinks is the priest, has his back to Drake, the other perhaps a gnoll faces him.

Drake attacks the priest who it seems is in conversation with gnoll.  Unfortunatly his hit goes wide, his long sword hissing through the air.

Behind him Felicia emerges from the darkness her eyes blinking as her infravision recovers.



[Private to Felicia Florette: As she leaves the darkness, Felicia is aware of a muted conversation from behind her.]

Felicia saw her companion in a melee with the black skinned elf and did not hesitate to come to his assistance, charging forward to renew the fight.
