Re: What ever happened to Vestan?

It might be a place known to the Ogre magi, but there is already a fire and Arek will be able to "speak with dead" after about 6 1/2 hours.

Rest and recovery

As Arek needs to memorise 3rd level spells, he's going to need at leasty 6 hours uninterrupted sleep plus another hour or two prayer time.

Re: Rest and recovery

Okay how about:

Kalador/Cedric
Ronalt/Tindo or Iviana
Yesil/Gwythe

(Yesil won't stand guard with Tindo and would be reluctant with Iviana.)

And the two mages might need just as much, if not more rest that Arek.

Sooo.... I'm guessing either Otis's monologue bored you all to death or stunned you into silence. Either way I could use a post to respond to.

Re: Rest and recovery

Cedrics player has retired from the game due to a number of reasons. I'll look after the character until a logical point arrives that they can leave the party, or a new player steps forward to take over.

I decided my character was going to wait for other 'leaders' to respond. To be honest, it felt like Arek needed to 'step up'.

Of course as Arek is run by me, that's not likely to happen on a regular basis, so....

Re: Rest and recovery

Sorry; I'm having a Busy week.  And I'm afraid I'm actually procrastinating right now, and I really do have to stop - so I don't have time to make a proper response.  Soon, though!

(Oh, and, sniff  I'll miss Cedric.)

Well true, but he's also somewhat the leader of this wee venture, so it would seem like something he should speak on.

Re: Rest and recovery

Er, I don't know if it's actually a logical point for a Paladin, but here's a point for Cedric to say, "An evil temple?  Too rich for my blood!  I'm going home, where I shall do battle against the Debate Team of Illogical Evil!"

On a related note...has anybody seen that odd Diviac fellow since he vanished during all the confusion in Nulb?

Re: Rest and recovery

Good news everybody!

We have a new(ish) player for Cedric - a long time lurker who's decided to step from the shadows.
Of course first I need to transfer Cedric over to them but I'm facing a little resistance from Rpol at the moment (damn error messages!)

As for Diviac, he's around... Not real sure where, but around, somewhere....
Probably off doing nasty things with his Chameleon.  :S

Hopefully that is Cedric/Robin sorted out!  For those that are not aware, Robin has lurked in this game since... well since it began really....

Welcome as a player! It was only a matter of weeks in game time!

hush, hush, hush....

... here comes the bogey man. So, once a few rounds of getting up have gone and Arek has spoken with Riker we will be having a fun event I like to call the 'ice-capades'.

Feel free to discus tactics here and let me know where you are going to be located in preparation. The old map is below and I will update it accordingly.
