At first I read that as tinnitus and the idea of tinnitus in the hand confused me completely! Tendonitis makes more sense ... ouch! Sorry to hear that.

Tendonitis of the outer aspect of the elbow is tennis's elbow.
Tendonitis of the inner aspect of the elbow is golfer's elbow.

If it is the wrist is might be wrist Tendonitis or carpal tunnel if the palm aspect of the wrist is sore.

and I'm not any good at tennis so.....I blame it for anything

Full blown tendinitis. Something that used to require surgery up until a few decades ago and before the miracle of modern drugs.
If only they'd hurry up and actually work!

I tore a ligament on my left chest once. My meds took effect quite fast... and left me laughing at anything remotely humorous.

Ouch.
I'm not usually having to take much for pain, unless I do something stupid and actually try and use my hand... :/

Oh, and you're going to LOVE the update I'm almost finished. :p
