Won't be quite that obvious... but Brennan should by this point realize Titus' penchant for perching on rooftops.  Also I imagine the father won't be that difficult to find unless he tried to flee in the middle of the night.

...Also he just came into a bunch of money you could always try looking at the master of coin...

If, when Cyril returns, we do not in fact have enough food, water, blankets, and other supplies that Brennan would judge necessary for a trip to (and stay within) Losthelm, plus the road back, he will make some additional purchases to shore up supplies to the point he judges appropriate.

I see no need to belabor that point unless the GM does, however :)
