I realize this is B/X and that often dungeons make no particular sense, but how are all the masked fools getting here? The warrior babes upstairs said they wanted us to locate a better route from the underground city to bring them supplies. Logic would say that if we're to find a "better" route, we ought to know the current route. I don't see all these "dreamers" wandering up from deeper more dangerous levels and surviving. I'm thinking that our "friends" are either lost up here (which is weird because they're not the first we've encountered), or they know a way to the underground city.  Albricht's running dangerously low on bolts, and we're packing around a LOT of jingle. If we could get to the city, we might resupply and spend/bank our earnings...

Make that case IC, Albricht. Roak's player is ambivalent to Albricht's IC problems ;-)

You'll get there eventually.  Vsaati is the highest level character in the group, I believe, because thieves advance faster than any other class.

Question: Does the Combat Chart (to Hit) ever change, or is it static? I don't remember, it's been too long.

Yes, it does change.  Fighters, dwarves, and halflings all move to a 17 to hit AC 0 at level 4, and you can extrapolate the rest of the chart from there.  Clerics and thieves make the same change at 5th level, and magic-users at 6th.

Hey gang!  Heading off on vacation for a fortnight to the sunny south.  Should have internet but expect to post less often, so our good DM has my approval to push things forward by NPCing Vsaati as necessary if my lack of posting is causing a delay.
