--The Grass Starter from Pokemon Vega needs to be finished.
--The unicorn/pegasus from Pokemon Vega needs to be finished.
--Older creations need to be reevaluated.
--Replacements need to be provided for all of the original Moves introduced.
--Blessed and the Damned expansions should be provided for all original Legendaries.

--The Ability Courage should no longer be mandatory for Starters.
--The remaining Outsiders in Blessed and the Damned should have unique Gifts to provide their Touched, Signed, and Messiah.
