I am confused, I KNOW that I posted a OOC post about having a sudden death in my family, but it seems to be gone now.  With all the deletions of posts and threads around, I can't find hardly anything.  Now I don't even know if I posted it in a thread that not the correct one, because I can't find it.

In any case, I have an update for my RL situation below.

Thank you all for your patience.  It's been a trying time, and the preparations for the funeral arrangement and such will be resolved when all services are held at the end of this month.  I'll try to post some update posts for roleplay, but I suspect I may only squeeze in two or three at most, prior to having to go to two different sets of services.  Thank you all again for the expressions of sympathy and understanding.

So we are in Re: IC: The Slaughter House as the current thread. I'm looking for players to post, rmails will start going out. in the next 2 days as again I am looking to finish this IC and move the adventure along. Please post in the current IC, look for it on page 2 or 3 as threads were bumped.

By Friday, .... if I don't see movement, I will be posting for players. I know I don't do this often, but I will need too so I can continue the storyline.

I'm going to be blunt.

Having mixed groups of characters doesn't seem to be adding anything to the game.  Everyone is in their own little world, talking to only their House NPC's and ignoring others.

I've twice addressed other players and been completely ignored.

This bubble phenomena is not creating a good game, because nobody seems to give a @#$%$ about the other PC's standing three feet in front of them.  They only care about who's immediately part of their little social bubble.

I say we count the slaughterhouse thread as a failure and just move on so people can get back to their little backyards.

Why don't your try to recap some of your posts and ideas to remind the players. Sometimes things get missed. It happens to me as well.

Some players do have a relationships that they seem to gravitate too. But that's human nature.

The reason I made the request for new players is so that new relationship could be developed. But that takes time and effort.

I can also suggest something new for your PC as well. I will present the idea to you in PM.

But Acired you are part of our deranged social bubble. I went back and looked and Edric has responded to each one of Acired's post.

 Mathys is easy to understand, he doesn't like anyone. ;)

ok so for new PC start up, ....

I will read each players backgorund, PC sheet, etc, .... I will then post with each player in mind giving all the info you will to continue. Once you get the opening post you make continue freely as you wish.

I will be working on the next IC now and should have something very soon.

That will a be a very handy thing to happen.

At the camp site, are the scouts simply speaking to the guards, or just making a general announcement?

she fell as safe as anyone can be. But they are not there to protect her nor are then friends, but of course you can have conversation and pick those your interested in befriending, especially other players.

The quick answer no one here will hurt you unless you give them a reason. so far.

No, no one saw him get killed except for the soldiers that went with him to follow the bandits.

And you are in the courtyard still with several other or in the manner waiting around with one of the other PCs,.....

This is the time for player to post freely and then morning will come with everyone ready to leave.

Did the scouts offer any more info?
