Brun:
I was actually thinking so many things changed about Brun by the end of Act One. Not sure if skills would though....will look!
Yeah, I remember both you and Meara made changes to your aspects to reflect the character changes. You added a skill to your pyramid it looks like, but both Meara and Gwydion switched to columns to maximize that skill you each gained. Brun is free to do the same if he wants.

Trying to think of heraldry and house name. That's /hard/. Everything seems corny without the weight of years/tradition.
For heraldry, I've got:
-A field divided in half lengthwise, white/silver and sable/black. A line of stars at the dividing line. The central stars arms are different, a little longer and more like Euryleia's foils, crossed.
I love that.

For name.... Brun of House Brun sounds wrong and too prideful for him. House Stellamurus/Astramurus? Means something like Wall of Stars. It's what the People painted, so I was wanting to use it.
Names are indeed hard. If you want that meaning, but aren't feeling the Latin, what about other languages? If you want to cleave close to the Arthurian inspiration, maybe Old English/Germanic, or Middle English? Venus, where Brun is originally from has nordic influences. I'm sure in his time in the Wreck, Brun probably saw influence from lots of languages and cultures. Pirates are pretty eclectic after all.
I am glad you liked the people's tribute. Their vigil outside of Euryleia's construction bay was my favorite part of the opening post to write. No! It was Arthur giving Gwydion all that responsibility. No! It was Meara being late to lunch with the Queen. No! It was the vigil. Ahhh...I can't decide! I love these characters!
