Unless you've been stumbling around blind, you were probably cycling lamps (1 unit of energy per 30 minutes) during your journey thus far. So there are a few more units of energy missing here and there.

If you're asking whether or not you can restore expended oxygen from the battery, the answer is no. That's the real limit when batteries are fully charged for most suits.

No that was more the question about cycling lamps.  I'd ask Fiernas if he was stumbling around in the dark.  It will affect him more than me and while I'm participating she still really is closer to cargo than actually contributing... unless someone touches Kayla.  Then they die.  Horribly.

Liquid methane has approximately the same appearance and viscosity as ordinary water. But the chemicals and smog of Titan would likely give it the same yellowy orange-red tang that everything else on the moon has.

It would be hard to see underwater in any depth due to the lack of light, though, even if it was clear.

How are psychic attacks handled in this system?  Specifically morale/allegiance things, like charms and fear?

Psychic attacks can have myriad effects, just like other attacks can. They might be capable of dealing actual damage, or they might be capable of creating buffs, debuffs, illusory sensations, etc.

Fear would compel a target to flee rather than taking other actions.

A "charm" might make an otherwise uncooperative or neutral person treat you like a friend, or be less likely to notice something suspicious while their mind is more at ease.

Mechanically you may suffer penalties or gain bonuses to certain rolls, or have certain actions require a feat (one of the three mental ones, usually psyche) to perform.
