your killing me XD its Sassy in green and Sarah in pink. Dave just mixed up names again.
I'm glad for the color coding with multiple squirrels run by you in the same place. Even if I admit my eyeballs prefer colors just being for speech and thought balloons, it's a big help.
Most of my sudden character name dyslexia is oddly when talking about my own characters.
David Foxfire:
Jamie's Hex is her primary defense spell, although she's prone to use it on people she believes deserve it. Mechanically, it imposes Disadvantage (even overridding any Advantage) on any d20 roll, and can be used as a reaction to an attack. She can do this once/turn, up to her WIS/Rest.
What can I say? she loves seeing people roll Nat 1s and seeing the results. Finds it hilarious.
Ooh, I really like the overall intentions of that ability. Though right now it reads like a high level fully upgraded version someone forgot to write "Long" in front of "Recharges on Rests" (like most "Ability mod uses" abilities get).
Long rest plus bumping the advantage bypass to a mid level upgrade, and you'd have something still strong as hell but looking more like something that came out of the core book.
One buff that comes to mind to make it more unique (and ease the pain of it not being a short rest spammable) would be adding a further penalty to the rolls you debuff.
Quarter Witch level rounded down should do it. Less is lame, More is overkill scaling. Gives a nice final boost in power at lv 20.
Plus encourages sticking with witch levels instead of more common "I only multiclassed two levels into Warlock for Eldritch blast+Cha, goodbye forever Warlock!" situations.
Convenient and plentiful auto hit disadvantage application is basically "Oh my god, I want that", the power. Were you putting Witch out there for public usage rather than using it for personal gaming, I'd bump that ability up to a lv 3-5 unlock just so people don't treat your witch as a quick 1 level power up.
(My comparison skimming is still all wound up more than usual. Because the past few days, a friend of mine has been asking my opinions on homebrew 5th ed supplements.
And oh boy, they really "3rd party supplements is a dirty word" with some of what he's asked me to look over)
