Using Handle Animal on the animals takes an action...only your animal companion is a free action.
It is also a warhorse, so it doesn't spook easily.
Smokey is not trained in herding, so you would need to push.

Makoto pulls out a wand and casts mage armor as she moves back against the front of the wagon.

Yin steps back 5', drops her club and uses BoR on Worg5 and Worg6, both are injured and 1 is blind.

Conan decides to order Smokey to herd the horse, forgetting that that is not a trick his dog knows, and then moves to engage the injured worgs 5 and 6, using cleave to attack both. As he attacks, both clearly look like hits, but
RedWorg howls an eerie howl and Conan's attack against worg6 misses through sheer luck. Worg5 dies.
Smokey looks confused at what Conan wants and just follows Conan and attacks Worg6, again missing through sheer luck.
Miyogi flies over to WarhorseC and tries to use Handle Animal and fails to move the horse, "
Come on horse, move...move you stupid nag, move".
Makoto says, "
I think that red worg may have the same control of luck as I do." (

WarhorseC delays, not wanting to attack a troll on fire and confused about what the bird wants it to do.

Dog turns and barks at worg7 on the rock, ready to attack.

Troll2 throws a javelin at Conan, such a big target...hitting for 12 dam.
Worg5 dead
Worg6 finds itself almost surrounded and in difficult terrain, so it attacks Smokey, hitting for 7 dam.
Worg7 jumps down and attacks Yin, taking out an image, the dog misses
Ragnar spring attacks Worg7 and since it was distracted by the dog, he gets sneak attack, hitting for 17dam. Worg7 is dying.
Worg8 moves behind a 10' rock, out of sight
redWorg starts a curious whine as a move action, then gives the eerie howl again.
