Marianna Fireheart:
Um Tomas....Maria is a human child of 9 years and counting. :) I guess being that small it is hard to tell the difference. :P

Sorry. Didn't correlate merchant's daughter as another PC. I edited my post accordingly.

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

I know the game has already started, but if we are light on fighters, I could drop Cunaar and build a fighter.

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

Maldor: did you mean to post in group B's thread? We've already got a Fighter and a fighting-Warlock. We've already got six players in our group, too, unless I'm missing something.

I don't mind playing a rogue or cleric.

In reply to Morgrimm the Lost (msg # 41):

You may have seen that a couple of us have access to both spots. Maldor works at the pub, hence his beginning there. He has since moved across the street to the others (which I guess you can't see).

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

Yes, Maldor intended to post in both threads. After that post, he went and joined the other one. It has to do with his background.

As I've said to others, you play what class you want. I don't need to run a 'balanced' game because any gaps can be filled in.

Expect to see Mal again shortly. He'll have to tell his boss that he's taking an extended break. You guys better not be pigs, huh. ;)

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

Hello everyone.

I have completed my character sheet and the DM said I'm good to go.

I also have filled out my profile description, for anyone interested.

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

So, Group M consists of:

Two human wizards
One elf wizard
One Half-orc Fighter
One halfling rogue

???

That's a lot of squishy finger-wagglers in one group...

I know the DM stated he/she is not that concerned with "balanced" parties, but as a player, I kind of am.

Why sounds good, one stands in the front and the others throw spells as if its the last thing they'll do. (you as a rogue can protect the wizards)

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

I was reticent at first too, but let's see how it goes.  Balanced parties usually means the same ole tactics.  We'll have to think outside the box with so many glass cannons.  And if it doesn't work out, I have no problem dropping Ero and picking up something else.

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

Remember wizards have strong offense cantrips now.

So seriously...Put all three wizards in back, the rogue in the middle, and the fighter up front and do barrages and volleys of frost rays and such lol!

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

The original version of Morgrimm was a Wizard, actually, since I didn't have any access to the Warlock info at the time. They're surprisingly good at being durable now (though it helps to be a Mountain Dwarf in scale mail with a 16 in Strength and Constitution).

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

I like the sorcerous feel they gave to bards. We're full caster classes now, and I'm playing my character as a sort of sorcerer in her own right.

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

I suppose now would be the time to point out that your fighter has no armor and just a dagger for offense.

Dun dun dunnnnn....

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

This is not the kind of thing that Cunaar would bother with paying attention to, but if the situation were made clear to him, he would advance Mal some funds to properly outfit him for the purpose of keeping Cunaar from getting butchered by bandits and orcs.

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

Thanks, but something like that would have to be noticed in game and line up with various possibilities. I did make it known intentionally. :)

Another option is taking spoils from fallen foes. (Assuming that first set doesn't destroy poor Maldor.)

In reply to Maldor (msg # 56):

Well other players might just think Maldor has his gear stowed somewhere. It would not be until morning when we are heading out that it would become obvious. Then it would be too late to take action.

Re: Pub Crawling (OOC Discussions)

What I am saying in here is that this OOC talking means nothing concerning Mal's equipment. Only in-game will it have any substance.

There's some stuff going on with character development that SM and I have already discussed, by the way. I'm sure everyone will be okay. Maybe. Kinda. I hope. :O
