OK, two issues:

You took Athletics twice. I need a new Monk proficiency for the character

You listed 2 alignment: NG and LN.I need to know which you'd prefer.

I also need a height and weight. The Goliath chart from Volo's is best. Basically a range form 6'4" to 7'10" and 204 lbs to 440 lbs. Average will be about 7'1", 277 lbs

BackGround Story
  Cos has grown up in a around the area of Gradsul.  Always hanging around the
docks as a you boy, listening to stories and tales from the sailors.  Even some
of which had been better left untold for his young ears.
  At 13 he jumped at the first job offered him on a sailing vessel, a cabin boy.
It would turn out to be a costly lesson for young Cos as the captain of the
vessel was not the kindly sort and Cos made the mistake of being in the wrong
place at the wrong time and as a lesson the captain had one of his eyes plucked
out.  A costly lesson indeed.
  Cos thirst for sailing the seas was not deterred but set back, rather it gave
him a much keener eye for his surroundings.  As well as helping him be a quicker
judge of a person's worth in salt.
  For the remainder of his life Cos has grown in his ship board knowledge working
on various vessels.   Through his time he also learned that he was quite skilled
with a thrown dagger and the more he practiced the better he has become.
  Cos thirst for sailing hasn't waned but his desire to have his own ship one day
has grown.  He has decided to set out adventuring to find his fortune for buying
his own ship and crew someday.
