Your traits and etc are stubs I can't connect to the actual choices given. Well, except for Ideal,, which is built for a one word description.

Take a look at the sage choices and send me the full sentence for each. Two for traits. Also, the whole mentor was a lich thing isn't really likely. Lichedom is usually a way not to die o old age. Astral beings don't age. It wouldn't come up outside the Githyanki main government, and that's because it dates back to the Prime and mind flayers. -- Will have a look a let you know

You only picked 5 spells. You get 6 at 3rd level.  OK cool, will have to have a look

Languages - Common, Celestial

Background: Some have options, some don't. Also include all the personality bits: 2 traits, and Ideal, a Bond, and a Flaw.
Wildspacer - Proficiencies: Survival, Perception, Tough You gain the Tough feat from the Player’s Handbook. In addition, you learned how to adapt to zero gravity. Being weightless doesn’t give you disadvantage on any of your melee attack rolls (see “Weightlessness” below).
Alignment - Lawful neutral

Personality traits- I have a crude sense of humor. I face problems head-on. A simple, direct solution is the best path to success.
Ideals - It is my duty to protect and care for the people beneath me.
bonds - I’ll never forget the crushing defeat my company suffered or the enemies who dealt it.
Flaws - My hatred of my enemies is blind and unreasoning.

Class: always the choice of skills, sometimes other choices. Dont' bother with equipment choices for now. Spells go here, too.

Subclass:
Way of the Kensei

Agile Parry. If you make an unarmed strike as part of the Attack action on your turn and are holding a kensei weapon, you can use it to defend yourself if it is a melee weapon. You gain a +2 bonus to AC until the start of your next turn, while the weapon is in your hand and you aren’t incapacitated.

Kensei’s Shot. You can use a bonus action on your turn to make your ranged attacks with a kensei weapon more deadly. When you do so, any target you hit with a ranged attack using a kensei weapon takes an extra 1d4 damage of the weapon’s type. You retain this benefit until the end of the current turn.

Way of the Brush. You gain proficiency with your choice of calligrapher’s supplies or painter’s supplies.
