Lol sorry, I was trying to recover from the craziness this week. Slept when my baby napped. Also had to buy food for d&d tomorrow and go into salt lake to get my hair did. It's even pinker now! The color leeched out too quickly, so she redid it. Platinum blond is cute and all....but I wanted pink dammit.

Re: OOC: Chat

So, I probably won't read too much of the previous IC posts; better to come in fresh.

Is there any public stuff going on where a cop might get involved? Perhaps Pope's been given an assignment to patrol a particular area?

Hmmm...my character is not doing anything illegal at the moment. She technically died under age (cerfew, drinking), but she assumed a new identity.

Re: OOC: Chat

The death of a child prodigy probaly shakes the university a lot, the funeral was funded by a local philanthropist, who was investigating her as a potential prodgy... or future employee.

so it was GRAND.

In reply to The Uncaring Night (msg # 65):

Bleh. My poor friend Jenny (yes I partially used her name in this campaign) and her hubby are in the process of moving. Apparently they thought their current play was going to work with them out of contract until the apartment they put a deposit on is vacated. They got a call last night saying they had to be out by tomorrow. Yeah, they freaked out. Anyway, luckily I had been helping her pack already, but I went over with a bunch of our mutual friends to help today. I tell Jenny is is chaos incarnate lol.

I am an atheist....but I don't even care that this song is religious in nature.

Re: OOC: Chat

In reply to The Uncaring Night (msg # 70):

Hehe, I think that's Shinto, not agnostic. Agnostics don't believe in organized religion but do believe in god/gods if I remember correctly. I am a fan of shinto myself. More an intellectual curiousity though, I don't believe in it. If we end up moving to Japan (which we're still waiting to hear on), we want to go see a lot of the old shrines.

So experimenting meaning you set up an alter for your kitchen kami? You can call me Phae Sama, I like whiskey and nigiri at my alter :P

In reply to The Uncaring Night (msg # 72):

Ah. Well you're more than welcome to join me in atheism hehe. It's increibly freeing, but also depressing and frightening in some ways. If you can believe in something, that's probably for the best. For me, I decided believing something, and wanting something to be true were different things.

In reply to The Uncaring Night (msg # 80):

Ugh, sorry for the slow and short posts. I am exhausted for some reason. I've been helping my friend with organizing a lot (she's a drive from here). But I'm starting to wonder if my medication is making me tired or something. I just can't seem to recover. I'm struggling to get my workouts done, and I drag the whole time.
