The native is hit twice! (for a total of 23 hp of damage taking him to -3 even taking rage into account... does he slip into unconsciousness, loose rage and start bleeding out?)
I want to know Alohan's condition before proceeding.
Barbarian rage ends when they go unconscious, unless they have a feat that allows them to ignore that (
http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/...ats/raging-vitality/).
When a rage ends, the barbarian loses all bonuses. For an regular barbarian, this means their constitution drops to their normal amount, with the requisite loss of hp. This means that at high levels, without the raging vitality feat, barbarians tend to die instantly as soon as they're knocked unconscious.
This is why the unchained barbarian changed the bonus to temporary HP (which are lost first).
In short, of Alohan doesn't have the feat, and isn't an unchained barbarian, when he goes unconscious his rage ends, and he loses the bonus rage hp, which I believe puts him at -15!
