Re: Lounge
It is a Friday evening and all the workers have just gotten off duty and are flooding into the lounge after a long tiring day at work. Each person has been paid their amount of money for there work and has been sent away. Your curfew is 11 o' clock and you have the rest of today and tomorrow off. Have fun!

Re: Lounge
Dare sat in the lounge at a nearby chair watching some TV with a few other people, who were too scared to even be near him. They sat as far away as possible from the man. His legs were propped up on a table and his coat hung off of him and sagged onto the floor. He stared with blank eyes and face at the TV, seemingly very concentrated on his show, even though he cared even less about it then the people around him. He heard screams coming from outside but ignored them, and wrote them off as random screams of crazy Noobies who have gone insane.

Re: Lounge
Strolling into the lounge after his work shift ended, John was munching on a brownie (the baked kind, not the fairy or young Girl Scout sort) and had another in his shirt pocket. One of the side benefits of working in the bakery; day-old snacks. But the, chubby, clown-faced man stopped cold just inside the doorway, seeing who was sprawled in front of the TV. He swallowed hard, and went to the back of the room to watch from a distance rather than risk disturbing Dare.

Re: Lounge
Dare stood up, anger rolling off of him in waves when he heard more commotion coming from outside. He looked around and noticed the clown man had come in and sat himself some where. "You." He said pointing to the man, "When I come back, you better make sure that cat still dances across that screen." He finished and walked out the door, anger still around him.

Re: Lounge
John blinked, swallowing hard again (only this time without a mouthful of chocolatey brownie), and looked at the TV. Cat? There wasn't a cat that he could see, it was a commercial. Had someone changed the channel in the couple of seconds that he was paying fearful attention to the sociopath, or was it just a commercial break on the channel? No idea, he decided, and with no balloons in here besides himself he couldn't very well threaten to turn the carpet into coleslaw if... wait, the lounge didn't have a carpet. So much for that idea.

Getting to his feet as Dare headed away, Clownball sauntered closer to the television, trying to see who had the remote now that Dare wasn't in front of it.

Re: Lounge
A man with black hair was sitting where Dare once sat, a bored look on his face. But he seemed less intimidating than Dare, rather just creepily quiet. He was flipping threw the channels with the remote. He passed the cat one a few times, never pausing to stare at one too long, just kept going. When he heard Dare coming he abruptly stood up and placed the remote in the Clown like man's hands. When Dare walked threw the door, the man whispered in the clown's ear. "Channel 524, cat." Then disappeared just as quietly as he came, right into the shadows.

Re: Lounge
Clownball looked dumbly at the remote he'd just been handed, then up to see Dare coming back. Consternation swept across his face, and his fingers poked at the controls trying to go to channel 524 while he gave the audience (what there was of it) an 'oh shit, I'm in trouble' look. Even in the face of falling victim to someone else framing him, John was trying to be silly about it.

Re: Lounge
Dare watched the man scramble to put his show back on, Heno must have screwed with it to watch the man fumble. He could feel Heno watching him and gave the man a small smirk at his humorous idea. "What're you doing clown? Surely you didn't mess up the show did you." He said looking into the clown's eyes, before grabbing the remote and sitting back down and watching his show. The cat had stopped dancing and he was sleeping now. He turned to the clown and glared before looking back and watching the thing he cared nothing for.

Re: Lounge
"Nonononono," said Clownball, shaking his head back and forth trying to deny having been the one who'd changed the channel. Scooting back to where he'd been sitting before, John twiddled his thumbs in an exaggerated fashion, looking somewhere between worried and scared. Sure, he could have tried to stand up to Dare with the facts, but this was funnier.

Re: Lounge
Dare watched the man with mild annoyance before standing and throwing the remote at the man who was twiddling his thumbs like a child. He glared at the people nearby and walked over to the area where coffee was being made for people. he grabbed a mug and began to brew coffee. He hated coffee the most but that was all they had, he noticed. The coffee machine began to make noises and stop brewing half way. he turned to the man who was sitting ad drinking his third coffee this day. He was a Noobie it seemed, he didn't know what was going on.

Dare stalked over to him and leaned down to the man at the table, when he noticed Dare he jumped back in surprise and gave him a confused look. The boy was new too, fresh from the bus and completely na´ve. Dare looked at the boys cup before asking, "How is it? Tasty?" the man became more light hearted and nodded enthusiastically, "Amazing actually, I have never tried this type of coffee, it is Afr-!" he as cut off by having his face slammed down into the coffee cup then to the table. He screamed out in pain as the coffee burned his face and the force Dare was putting made his nose crack with a satisfying crack. "Really huh? Well it seems you like you dickwad broke the machine with your insane amounts of caffeine. Now I cant have my coffee, what are you going to do about it, huh?" The man looked back at Dare with a scared expression before his powers went off. The wind in the room began to pic up and cups from the shelves flew towards Dare at high speeds.

Re: Lounge
Ceasing his twiddling, Clownball actually got his hands apart and managed to catch the remote as it came flying at him. He grinned like a little kid who'd been given a treat, and poked buttons... switching the TV to a black & white episode of 'I Love Lucy' before the wind really started up. A dumbfounded 'WTF?' look crossed John's painted face for a moment before he dove off of his chair and hid behind it, watching cautiously.

Re: Lounge
Dare quickly Caught the cup out of mid air and smashed it before smashing his head once more into the table, ceasing all powered activities from the boy as he went unconscious. Dare looked back at the coffee machine and turned to the clown who had hid behind his chair like a fool. "Do you know how to fix the thing?"

Re: Lounge
"Fix a coffee maker? Depends on what's wrong with it, Mr. Dare sir. If it's unplugged or dirty, sure, but beyond that I'd need to try spells on it. I'm a baker, not an electrician." Clownball answered from behind the chair, keeping his tone of voice respectful and afraid of the powerful sociopath.

"Oooooor, Maybe it just hates you!~" Mary said appearing in the doorway with her head tilted and a large smile on her face. "Mr.coffee probably broke down so he wouldn't have to deal with ya. I wouldn't be surprised seeings as how you treat others!~" She said with a chuckle as if he'd accidentally dropped his pants. Moving in without a word for clownball, she sat down in the closest chair and began to swap through the channels.

Re: Lounge
John barely glanced at Mary as she came in, but feigned a sad, about-to-cry pout when she took over the TV despite him still having the remote. He didn't act on his apparent upsetness, though, keeping his wits about himself for properly conversing with Dare instead of being goofy.

Re: Lounge
Dare looked at the girl with a blank look before saying in a monotone voice, "Did I ask you? No I didn't. Girl's like yourself should really do what your best at, standing there and looking pretty." He said to the girl placing his hand in his pockets, he disliked this girl manners, rather she would need to learn some that is. The last part was said as if he was talking about every girl and past ones that is. He went and plopped himself down on the couch and began watching the show, not at all concerned with the people around him.

Re: Lounge
"I'm better at cooking actually." Mary said while looking about the room, but her voice was a bit slower as if she was choosing her words very precisly. "I could show you sometime... i'd love to have you over for dinner." Finally noticing clownball, her eyes softened a bit and her smile turned into a bit of a concerned slant. "Oh hey you! were you watchin' somethin? Oh I know!"
she slightly burst out as she flung herself forward so that her hands were on her knees. "You're hungry too right?! Why don't you join us? I wouldn't your funny tastes, and I could prolly cater to that to!"
