"Where would I possibly put it? I've never seen a fridge nearly big enough to keep the ice caps from melting!" John gestured emphatically with both hands, no longer twiddling thumbs as he expressed himself.

Matthew actually started laughing a bit. "I mean what if it was ours to rule. WE could have our way across it. Other people like us wouldnt be segregated or cut off from each other."

John paused, and tapped his chin a few times with a single finger as if he was thinking this over. "But do you have the skills to run it, sir? Why not start smaller, say, a multimillion dollar burger chain?"

"But what kind of a business did you have in mind? I rather like my job as a baker." He went back to twiddling his thumbs, paying close attention to every word Matthew said.

Re: Hell's square
Bubbling up from the shadow's a man appears, he see two other men in the area and walks towards them. He catches parts of the conversation an manages to piece them together like a puzzle. He missed a bit so the puzzle was a bit strange looking but he continued on anyway. He then gave them a blank look before waving and going to sit on a bench. He wanted to observe the pair, while catching a little sun bathe. He disliked fair and pale skin, he preferred a little tan. His shadow's danced around his unhappily, there master had brought them into the sun. They swirled around his legs and up his hands as he sat down staring into the sun, his eyes void of emotion.

Matthew nodded to Heno as he walked by then turned back to Clown. "You could still be a baker, but what if you could run the bakery while baking?"

Re: Hell's square
Clownball blinked a few times, as if that had never occurred to him. "Isn't being the Manager like being the ringmaster? There are so many extra things I'd need to keep track of. I'm already juggling being a baker, a sorcerer and a clown. Do you really think I'm ready to add another ball to the pattern?"

The man behind the clown face was quite careful not to mention the other job he had. But this talk of taking over the world was being remembered for reporting tonight after curfew to his superiors. Because while the screwball rubber & spellcaster powers was genuine, 'John Groan' wasn't at all who he claimed to be nor the mental patient he appeared to be. Matthew was, hopefully unbeknownst to him, talking to a quite sane... cop.

John stopped twiddling and sucked on his fingertips, hunkering down and looking sad(der) for the moment, eyes looking this way and that as he considered what the guard had said. "I suppose so, but would voters really elect a toaster oven as the next President?"

Re: Hell's square
A women appeared in the square and waved over at the two men who were engaged in a conversation. "Hello!~" She waved enthusiastically towards them and made her way over, hearing something about a toaster oven being president mad her go into a fit of evil cackles. "Now that would surely make the world a tastier place! One could see the way it would make them ban toast eating, yes one would." She then turns and begins to have a hushed conversation with the air next to her, "No Mr. Birdy I don't think that toast would be the most effective way to start a car engine! One would suggest the idea of using human fingers instead, we could work on that idea once we get out now shush!" She then turned back to the people, eyes wide with insanity. She then noticed Heno sitting in the bench and squealed in delight!

"HENO~" She began to run forward and took a leap into the man's arms, eyes closed and smile wide.

Re: Hell's square
John took a few steps back. Heno didn't scare him nearly as much as Tae. Tae had a propensity for sharp, pointy things that might pop his balloons. And he'd much rather they didn't. He'd rather pop them himself.

Fingertips still in his mouth like a little kid, the clown watched, wide-eyed.

Heno stood before the women could throw herself into his arms, he carefully took her by the arms and held her at a good distance. He always have known her to be on the hyper side, he never really understood what he babbling meant. He was always surprised when Dare could completely have conversations with this women, it amazed him. He nodded to the women before looking over to the men and then turning to leave.

In reply to Matthew (msg # 50):

Walking up to Matthew after Heno's rejection to her hug had her feeling a bit down. But she perked back up as her mastermind plot came back into her head at the man's words. "Well, you see Mr. Birdy and I have been planning, yes we have. The plan is so tightly stored away behind bar's and collar's, ones only hope. Little bits of plastic and tiny chips block the rainbow to the other side, yes it does. BUT! Mr. Birdy can always spread his wings and chop down the big man's pets, like little itty bitty sprinkles on a cake. Heheh~" She was spinning and laughing as she explained in her madman way, she sudden disappeared then reappeared next to Matthew. "Hey, wanna hear the best way to escape this place?" She said more seriously and with a bit of sanity.

Re: Hell's square
She squealed in happiness and began to explain, but began to look around as if someone was watching her. "You see, Mr. Birdy and I have wonderful people who would do anything to help us, yes they would. Always ready to act, yes they are, my strong boys they are~" She purred out before continuing, "A man with blood to clear the way, the one to distract with melody like song. Finally we have my strong boy who would release us from this prison, yes he would indeed. But, my boy had to practice a bit more before able to go on with the plan. He only knows so much before he would need to be taught again, my poor boy he is. Scar's mark the flesh like painting on the canvas, how wrong the big man and his little men have done to him. Always poking and prodding looking for some new way to bring him down, but my strong boy will never be brought down. " It sounded all like random rambling but a plan was there, not a solid one but it was there. Once fixed and tweaked a bit it could be used as a good means of escape.

She turned and looked around before whispering to the clown and Matthew, "Mr. Birdy has plans of the under ground lair and the ways out."

Re: Hell's square
"How does the cake fit in? What kind of cake am I baking?" John asked quietly, taking his fingers out of his mouth to do so and sucking on them again after he spoke. The clown had seemingly fixated on the reference to a baked good, but he was in fact listening closely to all that was said. This was just funnier than appearing to comprehend it clearly.

Re: Hell's square
Tae looked around for a moment and then sighed, "Well the thing is....My boy don't know this one's plan yet. One is afraid how her boy will react, he has bit of a temper, yes he does." She said flinching and looking away as if remembering something form long ago, then she suddenly looked to her left and said in a hushed tone, "Y-you wish for me to k-kidnap my boy?" She said with surprise and fear, before adding lowly to the air next to her, "One would never betray her boy, no she wouldn't!" She seemed to rear back as if slapped, and she scowled at the air around her before looking back to them, "Cake? Clown can bake? Oh goodies, one loves her sweets yes she does!" She then grabbed Matthew with one hand and the clown with the other, strong yet gentle grip, "Come! Mr. Birdy suggest I go and give you the plans, he thinks you are the most reliable in our circle, yes he does." She nodded before tugging for them to follow her.

Re: Hell's square
John took his fingers out of his mout and nodded yes with a goofy grin, starting to affirm that he was a baker before he found himself grabbed and manhandled. The sad frown, a woe is me look, was adopted as he stumbled along with Tae and Matthew.

He protested vocally when he realized where they were going, that 'Mr. Dare' wanted privacy in there. But he had no real say in Tae's grasp.
