Windshield repair is always a pain.  I've been through it a time or two.  Always a hassle

In fact, looking over the character description there, it feels like a man playing it from the adjectives used.

I would agree. Both of you are better writers and more subtle than that. I was misled by the name(s). I may still drop one of my insane characters on them there anyway.
