My friend had one and a room similar to what I described. It was amazing, because he could built a miniature set in the inlay of the table that could have a full dungeon in it. He spent nearly 3/4 of a million on his collection.

They sell the Table and bookshelves all on this one site, It's called Geek Chic. The stuff is pretty pricey. What cost my friend the most money was, He had some very very old first edition books, He had every book ever printed that related to D&D and Pathfinder. He even collected and had multiples of every Miniature ever released. He had a lot of custom made stuff to, things he did himself, like he cast his own coins. He was a true Hobbyist.
