Well, they're a gang of semi-Gifted troublemakers with a sort of hive-mind connection. And they can be found in NY, Seattle, Chicago, Detroit, and Vegas as of right now, but they may spread to other areas in due time.

I have been gone far too long from this with nothing to show for it, and mark my words, that is going to change.
