Aislyn shook her head. "They would certainly stay around to see the prank play out. And I've seen no one.

"I don't know why anyone would do this." Nelek locked the window and drew the curtains shut. He picked up the bar to the door. "What do you want to do?" He asked.

Aislyn gave him an impish grin, twirling a lock of hair around her finger. "What do you think I want to do?" she teased.

Nelek smiled back. He dropped the bar into place and strode over to Aislyn. He gave her a passionate kiss.

Aislyn wrapped her arms around Nelek, her body pressing against his as she kissed him.

Nelek squinted at the light coming through the window. "Is it morning already?"

Aislyn opened on eye. "It would appear so."

"It must still be too early to have to get up." Nelek said sleepily, pulling her close and cuddling.

Aislyn cuddled. "Except that I'm to help decorate the main hall and the dining hall," she admitted.

"There's plenty of time." Nelek whispered, rubbing Aislyn's shoulder. "I love waking up next to you."

"I love waking up next to you too," she replied quietly.

Nelek ran his fingers through Aislyn's hair.

Aislyn smiled and snuggled closer.

Nelek sighed contentedly and began to drift back to sleep.

Aislyn rested her head on his shoulder.

A bird settled itself outside the window and began singing loudly. Nelek opened his eyes and studied Aislyn. She was still as beautiful as the day he married her.

Aislyn smiled as the bird sang. That was usually an indicator of a good day to be had. She placed her hand over Nelek's.

Nelek rose on an elbow and kissed Aislyn's lips, her cheek, her throat.

"Mmmm," she murmured. "We really should be getting up."

"Mmmm. Five more minutes." Nelek murmured, kissing Aislyn's shoulder then her hand.

"Mm," Aislyn smiled, kissing him above the eyebrow."

"Maybe fifteen more minutes." Nelek nibbled on Aislyn's ear.

"No longer, though. Or we'll be late."

"I love you." Nelek grinned.

"I love you too. I missed you oh so much."
