A cursory glance shows a swollen right arm and cluthing at the chest or abdomen. He looks at you wiyh apprehension as you approach.

A diagnosis or first aid roll will reveal more details. Diagnosis best, but first aid will help too.

She quickly makes sure he does not have a weapon in hand and then does first aid to him.

Using a bandage, you sling the arm that is obviously broken badly. It attacking the sling, it seems that his ribs are eirher badly bruised or broken.

The young officer seem grateful, especially when you put the gun away. A couple of others are identified as injured as well, though some may not survive.

The gaurd watching the shuttle entrance detects movement inside.

She finished with the bandaging "OK, guard him" she says as she pulls her pistol and goes over to the opening. She peeks in, staying behind cover.

Samantha ducks back "Hey, I need help over here. anyone got a grenade?"

Samantha Fox rolled 9 using 3d6 with rolls of 2,2,5.  dodge Just made it.

As Samantha looks in, she ducks back just in time as a Gauss round whistles past her.

Tom lobs a grenade around the corner, or tries to. It hits something and bounces out, forcing him to dive for cover.

Samantha dives for cover.

Fortunately, Tom left a long fuse on the Grenade. Everyone had plenty of time to dive for cover. Then all is quiet again...there is no sound from inside.

"OK, who wants to take a look?" she holds up her pistol as she gets close to the door.

Jerry moves out wide, about 100 yards out, and throws himself prone, just dodging out of the way as Gauss rounds fly past.

"OK, so who else has a grenade?" she looks around.

She mouths her idea to one of them. Pull the pin and cook it off and then toss it in.

Tom nods. He takes another grenade pulls the pin and throws it after a second...right across the face of the entrance. It disappeared from sight, and you hear an explosion on the other side of the craft. There is some laughter from inside.

Frustrated, Tom takes a third grenade as he approaches the entrance from the side and rolls it around the corner. It explodes, and the laughter stops.

Samantha peeks around the corner with her pistol going first and makes some noise to make someone look. If she sees anyone, she fires. She has tom come from the other side of the door.

Tom dives across the doorway to get to the other side, while Jerry covers from a distance.

Samantha then pops her pistol around one side, and Tom pokes his rifle around the other. The doorway is vacant, for now.

Samantha waves the others in and she moves forward. She tries to stay under cover.

Jerry fires as someone tries to come out the door, then Tom lobs another grenade into the open doorway.

After the explosion, Tom goes to move forward but backs up, raising his rifle as he commands a number of Vilani, most with injuries, who come out with thier hands up.

She gets them to come out and then makes sure they don't have any weapons. Then as security watches, she fixes them up.

The Vilani are suprised at your care, but offer no resistance. Tom checks them for weapons, removing a few grenades and pistols.

"Make your they are covered but take care not to hurt them. We might have use of them. Do we have anyone who speaks Vilani?"

Jerry says he speaks Low Vilani very badly. But that is the best you have. The translators were on the Jaques Cartier.

She tells Jerry to let them know they will be spared if they cooperate.
