Arrival in 1439
In reply to Katherine 'Kat' Steele (msg # 227):
Over the next three days, the Dastavka does a detailed planetary survey.
Aquitaine is a large planet, 8,100 miles (13,000 km) in Diameter and with gravity slightly larger than earths as well (1.07g). It has a Dense Nitrogen/Oxygen atmosphere and is covered by 74% water, but there are 7 considerably large continents. The Climate is a comfortably cool 40 to 60 F, or 4 to 15C.
You have radio contact and the shuttle can dock and depart, but are otherwise unable to manoeuvre while this operation is carried out, unless you want to risk loosing a large number of hours.
