It will be 15 days to get to Nova Pacifica. By the time you get there, it will be the 7th Dec 2173, and there is considerable activity. Trade has opened up a bit with Chrysolite, and a Labrysian trader passed through with a number of colonists headed for somewhere the Dastavka had charted, believed to be 2728. Parts have begun to flow in, and the Shamshir and other Gashidda are nearing completion, named New Force and New Dream respectively. Fighters are starting to be purchased or captured and modified here as well.

We arrive and give the friendly signal, landing at the construction site. We disembark and fill everyone in on what we know. Last we heard, New Hope and JEAN BART were going to  Ceti Command to arrnge a new government. The Two Gashiddas are box stock... don't know of they need support or not, but anything coming this way has to go through them.

"He is dead? Commodore Eleni Managudeli is dead, and his Kargash destroyed?? Well, in that case, we need to send representatives, NOW. This could mean the end of the conflicts if we move fast, though there are still the Anukundu and the fighters...the New Force is finally ready to go, though the New Dream still has some work to complete. Would you come with us to Ceti-Command then?"

Personally, sure, my team as well, the ship we brought is not really worth much until serious reworked.

"Understood. Perhaps the best place to rework that is Alizarin...I hear they have moved in some serious production ability there. We ship them minerals and raw materials, and they send us nice new gear. But you captured it, so you guys decide what to do with it...we just might get our freedom after all!"

We can fly it to Alzarin... but we won't be ableto join you if we do... if Kalishnakov industries is there, they make some cool stuff!

"Yes, clearly. Well, this is really our opportunity, so we will understand if you do that. But it will be your call. Do you want to send the ship and come with us back to the Jean Bart, or take the ship to Alizarin?"

Since we understand her limits and difficulties, we'll take her to Alizarin. Then , depending on what we find, we may seek passage back to rejoin JEAN BART.

The Commander has the New Force readied, and he departs by the time you have refueled, giving directions to have your ship refueled and sufficiently supplied for your trip.

OK, We approach FABRIKA and identify ourselves as a ship captured by JEAN BART and desirous of upgrades to make us an operational fighting ship again. We also inform them of the death of Commodore Eleni Managudeli and the destruction of his KARGASH light cruiser. We also inform them that JEAN BART and some dissidents along with two of Managudeli's Gashiddas have gone to Ceti Command to create a new Government friendly to our interests. It might be a good place for your fleet to visit.

"It would create more problems than it would solve for a Terran warship to be reported there. Civilian vessels would be fine though, but not the warships."

"I doubt the dissidents would appreciate us bringing down the veangance of Kidashi on them. Using Terran mercenaries mildly annoys them, but the appearance of Terran warships, particularly a cruiser, would no doubt attract way too much attention. If the dictator is dead, let them recover quietly. You could take the converted Karl Marx, as some of them are around here."
