This is designed to go and pick up small 6 dTon Flattened Sphere Modular craft that are damaged. It has been redesigned with a robofac facility that can perform the same work as 10 Engineers at skill 14 per 30 minutes as well as an external crane arm. It also has a sickbay and is able to carry the smaller craft inside of it. Lacking only cargo space, these are now more capable than the smaller ball cousins, functioning well in atmosphere as well.

They work very well in planetside combat roles, being effective tank killers.

A Vatfac capable of producing 'food' for 70 people indefinitely has been added, since this is such a long voyage. This massive food producing laboratory required replacing the hanger with individual vehicle bays for small craft. Ironically, this more efficient use of space not only enabled more craft to be carried, but also enabled the Vatfac to be installed. Cargo space has, however, been reduced, but since supplies are no longer needed (though fresh food is still desirable) this is not such a problem.

The vessel has a ships boat with accommodation for 20 extra persons. The soldiers here are of Good Quality and with Good Quality equipment, but they are fed from the ships supplies.

Made with the addition of a Manoeuvrer Drive and Fusion plant, both from a Shamshir Escort, these really represent the ultimate in the modifications made to captured Vilani vessels. Making these changes requires considerable investment, however. One on One, the original craft will usually come out second best, though missile armed fighters in the hanger will be needed to deal with a Kargash. Cargo space is somewhat limited.
