Vampire & Wereanimal Information

Vampires

-They can go out in sunlight, the sun is just brighter for them and so tend to wear sunglasses

-They can feed without killing, their saliva heals wounds

-When they feed they receive a portion of the persons memories

-When they move at a blurring speed, it is called "flitting"

-They can go into houses uninvited, go into churchs/holy areas, crosses, stakes and garlic do not bother them

-Blood-bonding is rare but to do so you must drink half of the human/were's blood content and fill the missing half with your own. Their heart will still beat and they need food, but they will live as long as the vampire lives.

-When Bonded, the human/were and the vampire can tell where the other is by a "feeling"

-Changing you must drink nearly all the blood and have the human (no were's) drink the vampire blood, the process is painful as the heart and lungs stop and the vampire in them awakens. The first feeding should be from the vampire (though not all vampires follow that) other wise the first feeding very well could take a human/were's life.

-Silver can scar a vampire, a recommended weapon for Hunters (those who hunt vampires and were's) and probably the best bet of trying to kill one.

-They have great senses of smell and hearing

-Their eye color is normal but if they are angry or hungry, they will go into a brownish red and then a full-on glowing red

-They can lull humans (much harder to do so on were's) into a form of a trans so they can feed and the human never know. The saliva not only heals, but numbs any pain

-Biting without licking the area first will cause the person severe pain

-Vampire fangs are generally just long enough to pierce into the flesh of their "victim"

-Fangs will become longer if they have gone Feral (very hard to do) then their fangs will be very long and have an almost crazed look to them. Nearly impossible to break them from the Feral state unless you are tightly bonded (even then...) other wise the only option is death.

Wereanimals

-Were's can be any kind of animal

-When changed you will look like any other animal, other than perhaps slightly larger than considered normal for the species

-Changes are forced on the Full Moon, but they can willingly change anytime

-Silver does not burn a were, but as with vampires it will scar them and is a good weapon against them

-Were's have faster reflexes than most humans, better sense of smell and hearing as well

-During the spring were's will go into what is known in the animal kingdom is "in heat" for about 2 weeks unless they have found a "mate"

-Were's will mark their lifetime "mate" by scarring their back with deep scratches

-During the full moon (day) or greatly emotional, were's will display bright yellow eyes and smaller version of their upper and lower canines
