Hirotsune - Samurai who has pledge his sword to the Prince
Jotaro Shinza: Prince Yotaro's General - con be controlled by Prince Yotaro as needed

GM NPC - (to be completed soon): Prince Yotaro's Bodyguard


There is a list of characters that have been created, but those players are not available at this time. I will be moving them all to the unaligned column and they can be used as NPCs later, or even taken by new players or maybe even removed.

So this is it, ....!!!

I have some edits on Toshiro Jubei & I may move him to become the Bodyguard to the Prince.


Once the "New" Prince is ready IC will start for both sides.
We have one post for each already up and that can stay as is, .......

So I'm wondering, I believe you mentioned this game was lifted from an OA adventure, GM. I'd like to ask some more questions on that. Was this from the original Oriental Adventures book/the 3.5 version? Or from an module? If so, which one? This game is incredibly cool to me and I wanted to look at where you got the inspiration from.

I have a copy of the original Oriental Adventures book from 1e, but it doesn't seem to have much of anything to do with what we do here.

So actually it dates back to TSR. 1986 is the publication date. It was part of the old adventure books.

The game could grown, but for now it a heavy RP game with simple rules

At the end of each day we will update the Campaign Record Sheets.

So this information is public because you will have gathered this information, .... in many ways (by spies, rumors, etc. etc.)

Any formation that will not be shared will also be posted in the same thread as private to the group. And if it's only information one character will have, it will be posted in secret.

What's cool about this game is I'm kind of playing as well.

This game is actually a lot of fun for me.
because I'm subject to what each player does as well.
I can't just say what happens I have to see what you all do first and then the NPC react accordingly.

thats the only way to do it.  after all these years on RPOL, the most fun I've had has always been more RP than rules focused.

I have to make some wording changes
A general has special features as per the game rules
Commanders do not and are controlled by the player assigned

If all goes as planned, I will be leaving for London UK tomorrow morning and arriving Sunday morning. The B&B where I will be staying has in the past had computer access that let me do RPOL from there, but I may not be functional until Monday. I will be there for 2 weeks until Mar.8.
