 I still say I'm in favor of option 1. That way everyone gets what they need. It's not just heal scrolls that are for the benefit of all.

Here's my take, while Approach #2 is the "fairest" it will put certain people at disadvantages over the short term and make people reluctant to claim the items that are best suited for them.

My proposal would be to go with Option 1 where we divvy out items based on best uses and then spread the coin around. Sure one or two people might benefit greatly from this now, but it will even out over time and I have no intention of making a claim on any of the high priced items unless everyone disses that buckler or those boots and then I'll take them :)

I think that fits best with our DM's approach and with what I've seen in this game to date.

Marik should definitely get the bracers as he's incapable of wearing armor...

I am a huge proponent of giving items to the person who best puts them to use or who they work best with, Marik with the bracers, Cass with the boots?, and I don't want to see anyone incapable of purchasing items because they did what was best for the group (aka staying alive).

Ok, just let me know what I get.

Mariam and Tansy, which items would you prefer?

Err, total wishlist

1) I have Acrobatics maxed so the boots could be useful

2) I can make some use of the buckler because currently my heavy shield interferes with Stealth and Acrobatics

Neither of the above are necessary to me though, and cash will suit just fine.

Honestly, I think Mariam would purchase the ring. I'm sort of a sucker for art pieces, even if it doesn't really have a purpose.

The buckler and the arrows would be awesome for Lex as he’s an archer. With any gold I got I would purchase the Ioun Stone from us if no one else wanted it.

I only saw 19 platinum listed in the orginal loot list. Did I read that wrong?

Could someone post a sale price for the wand? I am not sure how it works when the level of the original caster is unknown.

How things seem to be shaping up:

Jicca receives the wand to use or sell at her discretion.
Marik receives the bracers.
Tansy receives the boots.
Lex receives the arrows, buckler, and Ioun torch.
Mariam receives the brass ring and the Fly scroll to sell it desired.

Then we just decide whether to split the money evenly from there, or adjust from value of items received.

Jicca can not use the wand. Magic Missle is not on her spell list.

Cost is 750/2 x 22/50 = 165 gp

Had thought it would be higher. In that case, I am willing to accept the wand and allow Jicca to take an equal amount of gold if that is agreeable.

Are we doing an even split of money?

I'm fine with those of us getting one of the more expensive items (or in my case the most expensive) foregoing money so that those who don't get anything (or something small) get more.

I made you Cash/gems etc total = 1165.93 gp -  which I will round up to 1200 gp -  just to make life maths easier.

Mario currently has 70 go. But I think it might be worth holding off on this a bit. I have a sneaky suspicion that if/when we retrieve that polearm, things might change a bit.
