I think it's dead buddy. You see Mines of Nemrac has closed now, after 16 years or more! Jeff is hanging up his DM shield here.

It would seem that this game has some to a conclusion.

I appreciate all the players who have stuck by me through the years. I must admit that the last year has been particularly tough for me in terms of motivation for this game and for that i apologize to all. Part of the reason has been limited time, but another has been my waning love for teh 3.5 system, which has now been replaced with the 5e system.

I say this with all honesty - you have all been great players, and i have enjoyed every one of you. This game arc had many more facets that was planned (and some not).

I wish you all good luck for any games in the future, and should you wish to venture into the land of 5E i have two games that are going strong, as well as have sources to other 5e games.

This game will remain active for one month, and then i will delete it.

I on the other hand am about to turn 63, I have EVERYTHING 3.5, and will not invest one thin dime on 5th edition. Why should I waste the money? I hope you guys all have fun in future endeavors, happy gaming, good luck. *wave* XOXO

I've loved this game, and i appreciate all the work of the DM and players.  I'm sorry it's coming to an end, but i know that happens on rpol

I'm about to turn 64, and I echo the previous sentiment. Besides, I'm more partial to Pathfinder 1e these days

Jeff St. Claire just closed the Mines of Nemrac too, after 16+ years! So sad to see the good games slowly vanish!

I agree with you, Quinn. I love 3.5 and will never give it up.

Rivka and Zell's relationship was a great party of the game.  I'm definitely agree.
I'm certainly going to keep playing 3.5, but I'm okay with continuing to learn 5th edition

5th edition is a dumbed down version of 3.5/3.75 in my opinion. You can easily adapt to the rules.

I'm sad to see this game end.  I understand the demands of real life.  My schedule has changed more times than I can count in the past 3+ years and put a bit of a strain on my life having to work from 2:30 to 11:00 PM now.  I have exactly one day every two weeks to spend with my better half unless I take time off.

I'm sorry to see this game go, although I did not see it during the height of activity. Of course, 5e is not that difficult to adjust to, however, I miss the many tweaks and adjustments you could make to a 3.5e character. From my point of view there is little flexibility in 5e in that regard. Anyway, I hope I can find another game to play Neliwen in, I did like the concept quite a lot.

Perhaps we run into each other at a different game :)
