Going out of town for a few days to celebrate a little friends sixth birthday. I am so jealous. Expect to be back Monday, though I will have my cell, it's just hard to post much on there....

That's good... I had a campaign that i thought had great potential once, but my penchant for describing monsters rather than simply posting their names, and making up monsters pretty frequently got a lot of characters on edge. It's not like they were ever close to death, they just didn't like finding, for example, creatures who were human heads with spider legs who would climb into the hole at the top of the neck of human bodies without heads, and control them.

What an interesting concept.  Its been so long since I dm'd a game that I quit thinking about new and exciting ways to kill pc's.

Let you in on a secret, this encounter is meant to push you guys, the last one was too easy, this should be interesting.

Well I missed the last one, and so far the dice roller hates me.  Hopefully it doesn't carry over from the other games Im in.

I have a few game concepts I kick around in my head but I dont know that I have the desire to start any games and run them.

Turn them into novels, it pays better!

I'm going to try and get a map of some sort up tonight, please be patient. Hope everyone is about, this is deigned to be a tough one!

Was kind of hoping for a post from Dragnar, but we move ahead regardless.

I am going to assume he gave Amund his ring back, and informed him it might offer some magical protection in combat. He may or may not be wearing the other ring himself.

I won't be able to post much this weekend nor next weekend for family events. Apologize for the short notice this weekend.

I'm concerned that we have lost Dragnar... gonna give him another day or two to post, then I will move things forward.
