Day 13 - To Bargewright Inn
After perhaps another hour of rain-soaked travel, several prisoners collapse from exhaustion. "It would seem we need to stop here for the night," Bruldenthar says, his own weariness evident in his voice. He and some of the other refugees gather in the limited shelter afforded by several nearby boulders.
The cries of unknown creatures had faded several hours prior, though even if they hadn't the former prisoners would be unlikely to wake.
The next day dawns cold but mercifully dry. Curls of mist swirl above the water logged ground, though the overcast sky betrays signs of parting for the sun at some point during the day. The group of former prisoners looks naturally to Bruldenthar as leader, and he nods after the last of the group has stood from their rest. Though they don't look especially hardy, they have at least been heartened by the rest and whatever food the adventurers have shared or foraged.
There was no movement or activity during the night. I'll assume the group will continue south for the day, though the weakened prisoners will still keep your pace fairly slow. It will take 2 days of travel to reach Bargewright Inn.
Feel free to post anything you did during the night, the morning prior to departure, and along the way south (or of course any changes in direction or intent).
This can be considered a successful Long Rest.
