A word about mysteries in my version of this game.  There will be many things that seem strange, possibly just because they reflect this GM's strange self, but hopefully, many planned as part of an over-arching plan.  Solving each of these might not be possible at the time you encounter them.  Some will be of course.    I have created this thread, and I will from time to time, put items that seem strange or unexplained in here and you are welcome to add you own.  Hopefully some of them will connect to things learned in adventures that go back into the past, and link with newer ones.  As characters get higher in levels, I find that the battles tend to become very long, complicated at times, and this can become a bit mechanical.  I think having things to tantalize the brain helps mitigate that.

Why were they kidnapping young children and then letting them go?

What is the secret ingredient in Ben's mothers food that makes it all taste so dang good?

What are the mindflayers up to?

What is that drat ogre mage doing?

Where did the CPP, Church of Peace and ? come from? What do they want, who leads them, what is a church without a deity anyhow??

Who is trying to kill the Lord Mayor? And frame the Heroes at the same time?

Who is Akim Al-Kalaas and why did he send Saliq falcons?

Who are the Everlasting, why are 4 of their agents recently come to Stormhaven?

Is WIndham really under a curse where the river is turned to blood and the forest risen up to attack its township?

Why is a mindflayer, or shapeshifter at the least, asking about the Lady Ehridol's location?

Where did Ingelbern go, and what's up with his replacement, Renardy?

Is it even possible there are a few mindflayers who are sympathetic to the human races?

What would scare the mindflayers into needing someone else to retrieve the pages of their book, or is any of that tale even true?
