At Your Service: Princess Creation

This is the thread where we will, as a group, define the Princess that all of our characters will protect and guide. We can define her faith, her race, her personality, her appearance, and more. I do have a few guidelines however.
  • The princess should be of an age equivalent to a young teenager. This keeps her independent enough to not get in the way, but dependent enough that she will need her servants.
  • The princess should be at least fairly unskilled and inexperienced. How she grows will be up to your characters.
  • The princess should be close to all of your characters, and have earned their loyalty.

At Your Service: Princess Creation

GM Proposals!

Here are a few general concepts for Princesses that I've come up with! We can use, alter, or discard them as you guys wish! I have a few of the more important aspects of each idea bolded for your convenience.

The Bookworm: A sweet young girl with a bit of an introvert streak, this princess loves books, reading, poetry, and the arts. She is intelligent, curious, and kind. She is relatively knowledgeable for her age, although much of that comes from stories, histories, and a few other tomes. However, she is also rather sheltered, and nervous about the outside world. She also has some issues with her self confidence, and believes herself unworthy to rule. How will the group help her grow and change?

The Wanna-Be Warrior: An excitable, cheerful girl who enjoyed running through dirt and mud more than wearing pretty dresses. She is more excited at the prospect of being an adventurer or warrior than a princess, something which has earned her the ire of her parents. While she is plucky and confident, she has problems understanding her duty to the people. She is also a bit overconfident, and liable to get in over her head. How will the group help her grow and evolve?

The Unlikely Princess: A girl who was born not among the nobility, but left on the doorstep of a church. She quickly joined the ranks of the many urchins in the capitol, and had a very rough and tumble living. However, rumors of her being a bastard child of the king got out, and eventually she was adopted by the King to prevent scandal. Now she feels out of place among the luxury of the palace, and is unsure of what her true duty even is. How will our heroes grow a simple urchin into a glorious queen?
